The principal office for the board of Directors of the James and Grace Lee Boggs School is located at 4141 Mitchell St., Detroit, MI 48207. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The phone number for the principal office of the Board of Directors is (313) 923-2301.
All meetings of the Board of Directors will be held in the first floor classroom of the James and Grace Lee Boggs School beginning at 6:30 p.m. and beginning in June unless noted otherwise above or as posted on the front door the day of the scheduled meeting.
- Minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors are available for public review at the office of the Board of Directors no more than five business days following the meeting at which the minutes were approved.
- Notice of any special meeting of the Board of Directors is posted in accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act at the principal office of the Board of Directors no less than eighteen hours prior to the special meeting.
- Persons needing special assistance to attend a meeting of the Board of Directors are asked to contact the Executive Director at (313) 408-7235 no later than 4 p.m. three business days prior to the meeting the person wishes to attend.
